Look back upon the history, Xi’an has been the capital for 13 dynasties since Tang Dynasty. Also, it has transferred from the birth place of the silk road to the 3rd city to aim at building a globalized metropolis from the state level after Beijing and Shanghai in China. It is a city that has never been forget by the history. And today, Xi’an is once again, be in the spotlight of the whole world and become a new window for China to face the world’s affairs with the implementation of the The Belt and Road Initiative. As the gathering place of science, education and military industrial resources in China, Xi’an has introduced the concept of Hard & Core Technology and established the target of eight fields, like space & aviation, photoelectric chips, new energy, which can represent the industrial cluster of Hard & Core technology. And the target is to insist the concept of Hard & Core technology and to develop Xi’an, to change the world and to win the future. In November 8, 2018, The Global Hard & Core Technology Innovation and The Belt and Road Innovative Cooperation Conference 2018, which is sponsored by Xi’an Municipal Committee of the CPC and the People’s Government of Xi’an Province, will be held in QuJiang International Conference & Exhibition Center in Xi’an. Conference for this session will keep building Xi’an as a ‘city of Hard & Core technology’ and it will gather those world-known scholars and entrepreneurs to enjoy a magnificent event with spirit discussing and brainstorming.
