Previously worked at China Electronics Corporation, Saige Group amongst other organizations, Mr.Jin was sent by the Government to study Venture Capital investment in U.S. in the 1990s, and went through training program in Morgan Stanley New York office. From 2001 -2003, Mr.Jin served as Special Representative of Global Strategic Investment Fund in China. From 2004 -2015, Mr.Jin served as the Chairman of Shenzhen Capital Group and led the company to be recognized as No.1 VC for consecutive years. Mr.Jin founded Qianhai Ark Asset Management and launched QianHai FoF in 2015.

Mr.Jin assumed numerous critical professional responsibilities including VP of China Securities Investment Funds Association, Chairman of the Venture Capital Professional Committee, Council of National Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund, Counselor of Guangdong Provincial Government and a member of the Advisory Board of Duke Kunshan University.

Mr.Jin also received multiple prestigious awards such as “CCTV's China Economic Figures of the Year 2009”, “China Top Investor” by Forbes, “No.1 China Venture Capitalist” by Zero2IPO, ChinaVenture Group and China Securities Daily.
