董梁，南京大学企业管理博士。现任江苏高科技投资集团总裁，兼任江苏省创业投资协会会长、江苏省新材料产业协会副理事长、江苏省沿海发展联合会副会长等职。董梁先生拥有二十年的私募股权与创业投资工作经验，对私募股权与创业投资行业发展规律有着深刻的理解，精通基金产品设计和管理运作；具有丰富的项目投资、兼并重组实践经验。多次荣获“年度中国最佳投资人”等荣誉称号。

Liang received many honors, including “China’s best investor of 2016” issued by Financial Time （China）. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Nanjing University.
