吉林工业大学汽车工程毕业，20年以上上汽工作经验，历任泛亚汽车底盘及动力总成部总监、前期车辆开发部总监、上海汽车整车集成部总监、上汽商用车整车集成部总监等职务。参与过上海汽车集团下属所有乘用车品牌（除大众、斯柯达以外）的整车研发；负责上汽通用汽车从成立到现在为止，绝大多数车型的底盘、动力总成集成系统开发工作。负责上汽通用、上海汽车、上汽商用车多个车型平台的整车架构设计和前期工程研发。荣获2011国家科学技术进步奖二等奖、中国汽车工业科技进步奖特等奖（2010年）、一等奖（2004年）、上海汽车优秀工程技术带头人；上汽专家型工程师。2011年开始兼职担任上汽投资公司特聘专家委员，负责投资项目技术评审。主要参与的项目有德尔股份（300473），凯众股份（603037），金麒麟（603586），伯特利（603596），2015年1月开始正式负责上汽创业投资公司投资业务。 

Xiaofeng Tang
Tang joined Shangqi Capital in 2015 and is currently playing a leadership role in Shangqi Capital’s venture capital investment. He graduated with a B.E in Automotive Engineering from Jilin University of Technology. Prior to joining Shangqi Capital, he had worked for SAIC for more than 20 years, obtaining the position of Director of SAIC Vehicle Integration Department, Director of SAIC-GM Vehicle Integration Department, and etc. With more than 20 years of experience in automotive industry, he has extensive first-hand knowledge in vehicle architecture design, early research and development. Also, he has achieved numerous honors and awards for his profession, including 2011 National Science and Technology Progress Award, China Automotive Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, SAIC Expert Engineer Honor, and etc. Since 2011, he has been serving as the special expert committee member of SAIC Capital and is responsible for technical review of investment projects, such as Fuxin Dare (3000743), Shanghai Carthane(603037), Bethel Automotive Safety Systems(603596).
