逾 25 年创业投资/私募股权投资经验。2009 年与合伙人创办斐然资本,专注清
洁技术及健康医疗领域的创业投资。自 2014 年底起,出任北京盛世华芯投资合伙人,参与管理北京集成电路制造及装备股权投资基金。
曾任亚盛(亚洲)私募股权投资董事总经理、华登国际董事总经理、美国国际集团
(亚洲)投资总监、第一东方投资总监、第一太平商人银行部副总监、天安集团工
业投资部经理。
现任香港创业及私募投资协会中国内地委员会副主席,并曾任中华创业投资协会理事(2005-2008)。 出任香港科学园创业投资基金投资委会成员、科技创业培育计划及企业飞跃计划遴选委员。 前曾任香港特别行政区政府中央政策组泛珠三角小组成员。麦先生获加拿大西安大略大学工商管理硕士、香港大学工业工程学士学位。

MAK Sai Chak (S.C. Mak)
A veteran in the private equity/venture capital industry in China with over 25 years ofexperiences, S.C. Mak co-founded FUEL Capital in 2009, focusing on the cleantech and healthcare sectors. Since late 2014, he has been a Partner at CGP Tech Fund,participating in the management of the Beijing Semiconductor Manufacturing andEquipment Equity Investment Fund.Previously, S.C. was Managing Director, Private Equity, at Asset Managers (Asia),after over nine years with Walden International, first as a Vice President and thenManaging Director. Before that, he was Director, Direct Investments, at AIGInvestment Corporation (Asia), and earlier, Director, China Investments at the FirstEastern Group of Hong Kong, which organized and managed the first batch of direct investment funds for China. He was also engaged in mezzanine and quasi-equity
financing in South East Asia with the First Pacific Group in the early 1990’s, and industrial investments and China trade with the Tian An Group in mid to late 1980’s.Active in industry and community services, S.C. is Vice Chairman of the PRC Committee of Hong Kong Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. S.C. was aGovernor of China Venture Capital Association from 2005 to 2008. He serves on the
Investment Committee of the Corporate Venture Fund of the Hong Kong Science Park,and on the Admission Panel of the Park’s Technology Incubation and Acceleration Programs. Previously, he was a member of the pan-Pearl River Delta group of the Central Policy Unit of the Hong Kong SAR Government. S.C. Mak earned his MBA from The University of Western Ontario in Canada, and a B.Sc. (Industrial Engineering) degree from The University of Hong Kong.
