在包括影视、艺术在内的多个文化垂直领域有基金投资和管理经验。参与筹建中影国际基金并任合伙人，曾投资《功夫瑜伽》等华语票房史上表现杰出的影片。较早进入艺术投资领域，曾任中艺达晨副总经理。亦有顶尖财经传媒平台工作经验，曾任《21世纪经济报道》首席记者、新闻总监。毕业于复旦大学新闻学院新闻学系。曾受邀作为美国国务院访问学者。在光华基金主要负责影视、传媒、音乐、动漫、文学等内容版块的投资。

Xiaoying CHEN is mainly responsible for investment in movies, media, music, animation, literature, etc. in Grand China Capital.  She has rich investment and management experience in films, TV programs and art. As a partner of China Film International, she invested the film <Kung Fu Yoga>, which has succeeded at box office in China. In art investment, she ever served as general manager in Zhongyi Dacheng. Xiaoying CHEN graduated from Fudan University in journalism and was invited by United States Department of State as a visiting scholar. In early years, her career started from news media, as a chief medical correspondent and news director in 21th Century Business Herald.
