Alan Y. Su is the Head of Investor Relations in China of The Carlyle Group. He is responsible for

investor relations and business development in greater China region. Mr. Su is based in Hong

Kong.

Mr. Su was formerly a Director at Credit Suisse in the Asset Management Division. At Credit

Suisse, he worked as China Country Coverage for asset management and led CSAM's fundraising

and client relationship development in China. He also served as a member of the Credit Suisse

China Operation Committee.

Mr. Su earned his Master’s Degree in fund management from the University of New South Wales,

Australia and his B.S. from Liaoning Institute of Technology China. He has held Type 1 and Type

4 licenses from Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission since 2008.
