Since its inception in 1984, Legend has successfully adapted to the changing business environment in China. It has managed to survive and grow under China's special reality by designing the road map of trade-manufacturing-technology. Over the decades, it has accumulated rich experience of how to translate technology into products and money in sequence. It has created a set of management theory, typically, building an effective core management, formulating visionary strategies and leading an invincible team. During the process of China's transition from the planned economy to the market economy, Legend successfully finished the restructuring from a wholly state-owned company to a stock company which was unprecedented at that time and has become a typical case study and a good example to its counterparts.

All Managing Directors and most of the senior investment managers at Legend Capital are former senior executives at Legend Holdings. They are the architects and contributors to the development of Legend and share an average of over 17-year managerial experience. They have practical experience of how to bring a company to success under China's circumstances and understand well the key factors of SMEs at various stages of development. With that experience, the Legend Capital team are able to help our ventures to avoid stupid mistakes and reach their goals at a faster speed. However, we are fully aware that no success story is totally copyable. That's why we are paying much attention to passing on methodology rather than methods, and in the meantime, enriching our knowledge of SME management.
