陈杭先生现任中国文化产业投资基金管理有限公司总裁,2011年起负责中国文化产业投资基金的组建与运营,带领基金完成对人民网、新华网、中国出版、中投视讯、骏梦游戏、万方数据、欢瑞世纪、百事通、山东出版、开心麻花、雅昌文化、丝路数码、华视影视、大陆桥、玄机科技、四月星空、摩登天空、灵思营销、中国教育出版、炫彩互动、微影时代、金海岸、实力电传、华奥星空、华商智汇、畅达传媒、绿洲游戏、心动游戏、芒果TV、时代院线等超过30家优秀文化企业以及4个文化项目的投资,累计投资金额达到30亿元。
陈先生此前还曾任中银国际投资银行部董事总经理,参与过凤凰卫视上市、上海文广重组、四川新华文轩上市、辽宁出版上市、湖南出版重组改制、广东出版改制、江西出版改制、中国出版改制、中国教育出版改制、浙江日报重组改制、小马奔腾重组、粤传媒资产重组等项目。陈先生拥有超过十二年丰富的文化产业企业上市和资本运作经验。
陈先生拥有中欧工商学院MBA学位和对外经济贸易大学经济学学士学位。

Mr. CHEN Hang currently serves as CEO of China Culture Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. He has been in charge of the organization and operation of this corporation since 2011. Up to now, he has led as many as 27 investment projects on key companies in the cultural industry, including People.cn, Xinhuanet, China Publishing Group, CNLive, Dream Group, Wanfang Data, H&R Century Pictures, Fabaonet, Shandong Press Group, Mahua Fun Age, Artron Group, Silkroad Digital Vision, HS Media, LIC China, Sparkly Key Animation Studio, April Star, Modernsky Entertainment, Linksus Marketing, China Education Publishing & Media Group, Xuancai Interactive Network, Weiying Technology, Gold Coast, GOLDENSEA, Share Television Media, Sports.cn, Chinese Wisdom Media and Changda Media. The total investment amounts to over 2.3 billion yuan.
Once as Managing Director of the investment banking division of Bank of China International (China) Ltd, Mr. Chen participated in the listing procedure of Phoenix Satellite Television, Xinhua Winshare Publishing & Media and Liaoning Publishing Group, the corporate restructuring of Shanghai Media & Entertainment Group, Guangdong Publishing Group, Jiangxi Publishing Group, Hunan Publishing Investment Holding Group, China Publishing Group, China Education Publishing & Media Group, as well as the assets reorganization of Zhejiang Daily, Beijing Galloping Horse Media and Guangdong China Sunshine Media. He has over 12 years’ experience in listing procedure and capital operation especially aimed at corporations in the cultural industry.
Mr. Chen received his MBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and his bachelor’s degree in Economics at University of International Business and Economics (UIBE).
