过去十年，常彬先生主导、参与超过了千例投资案例的项目决策，包括材料、电子、光电、信息、先进制造等各个产业领域，其个人负责投资的近百家企业中，军工企业近60家，拥有丰富的投资开发、决策和管理经验。常彬先生还曾供职于德勤、美林及九鼎投资，并担任九鼎投资高级副总裁及评审委员会委员职务。

常彬先生主导的投资项目中，已有近30家企业完成上市及退出，其中包括地尔汉宇（300403）、达威科技（300535）、昊志机电（300503）、飞天诚信（300386）、明星电力（600101）、富祥药业（300497）等。

常彬先生是国际注册金融分析师、国际注册会计师。最近几年，常彬先生以优异的投资业绩获得了业内多项荣誉，包括投中-FT中国 2016 卓越投资人、清科 2016 投资界新生代合伙人、投中胡润 2016 中国最佳新锐投资人TOP 10、投资家 2016 中国最佳投资人 TOP 100、投中胡润 2015 中国最佳新锐投资人TOP 10 等。

Mr. Chang Bin has led and involved in the decision-making process of more than 1000 investment projects over the past 10 years, ranging from New Material, Electronics, Photo Electronics, Information Technology to Advanced Manufacturing fields. In his total of 100 investment projects, there are nearly 60 military enterprises. Mr. Chang Bin has rich experience in developing, decision-making and managing the investment projects. Prior to founding Harvest Cap, Mr. Chang Bin was the Vice President and member of appraisal committee and executive board in JD Capital. Mr. Chang Bin also worked for Deloitte and Merrill Lynch Prior to JD Capital.

Nearly 30 enterprises of Mr. Chang Bin’s total investment projects has finished IPO and exit process, including Di Er Han Yu (300403) , Da Wei Ke Ji (300535), Hao Zhi Ji Dian (300503), 

Fei Tian Cheng Xin (300386) ,Ming Xing Dian Li (600101), Fu Xiang Yao Ye (300497) etc.

Mr. Chang Bin holds CFA and CPA certificates.
